Full job description

Assessment skills for planning and following through with direct patient care. Responsible and accountable for the care given to the patient, obtaining and documenting complete medical history, and vital signs. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care. Assist the medical provider by accompanying them during the patients history taking and exam, recording details into the (EMR) or chart, and coordinates departmental resources regarding tests, orders, imaging/ therapy services and results.
