About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to own well-scoped modules within the Ad Cloud platform and grow into larger, multi-system ownership over time. You will turn business needs into clear product specs, partner closely with engineering on how things get built, and build with agentic AI as part of your product workflow.

This role is a strong fit if you are technically literate, comfortable reasoning about how systems fit together, and already building with AI agents. You will operate with growing autonomy on your own area, and lean on senior PMs and engineering leads for cross-cutting and architectural calls.

What You Will Do

Product Design & Delivery

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of well-defined modules and features within a larger platform.
  • Write clear PRDs and design docs covering user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Contribute to system maps and API contracts, with review and guidance from senior PMs and engineering leads.
  • Balance feature completeness against release velocity for the scope you own.

Specification & Execution

  • Write functional specs that engineers can build from: request/response shapes, key states, and error handling for your features, with API-level details developed together with engineering.
  • Define status and state-transition behavior for the flows you own.
  • Break initiatives into staged, dependency-aware milestones, with support on the largest decompositions.
  • Work directly with engineering on implementation trade-offs; resolve product-scope decisions in your area and escalate architectural or cross-system blockers.

Agentic AI in the Product Workflow

  • Design, prototype, and help ship agentic AI workflows and features, and evaluate where agentic capabilities belong in the product.
  • Rapidly turn concepts into working prototypes using AI-assisted tooling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Translate business requirements into specifications for your area and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Drive decisions within your scope and escalate cross-cutting or architectural calls with a clear recommendation.
  • Support product rollouts with phased releases and feature gating.

What You Will Need

[Minimum qualifications]

  • 1-3 years in a product role, including demonstrated ownership of requirements, prioritization, and delivery. Engineers transitioning into product are welcome if they can show equivalent product ownership.
  • Technically literate: able to read and reason about code and understand how systems connect (a software development background is a plus, not a requirement).
  • Able to write clear specifications, including simple API contracts and entity relationships, with review.
  • Experience decomposing feature scopes into staged milestones.
  • Agentic AI (must-have): demonstrated experience having built, prototyped, or shipped at least one working agentic AI workflow or feature (not tool usage alone), plus active daily fluency with AI/LLM tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex in your workflow.
  • Able to conduct stakeholder discussions and write specifications fluently in both English and Mandarin.

[Nice to have]

  • AdTech, MarTech, or enterprise SaaS background, ideally with multi-tenant products.
  • Exposure to third-party integrations or API partnerships.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
