Our client, an industry leader in quality assurance and manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Quality Lab Technician to join their team. As a Quality Lab Technician, you will be an essential part of the quality assurance department supporting on-site inspection activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Rockledge, FL
Pay Range: $18.14-$30 based on experience
Shift: 11PM-7AM Sunday-Friday with some overtime!
What's the Job?

Perform final product inspections at the customer’s site to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Utilize measurement tools such as micrometers and Go/No-Go gages to verify critical dimensions accurately.

Conduct visual and dimensional inspections on finished products to identify any nonconformities.

Document inspection results precisely using company systems and formats.
-
Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming materials immediately to ensure quality integrity.
What's Needed?

Previous experience in quality inspection, preferably in final inspection or at a customer site.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Experience using measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and Go/No-Go gages.

Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
