Responsibilities

Operate equipment dedicated to semiconductor and System-in-Package (SiP) manufacturing processes.

Support NTI development by adapting to dynamic manufacturing requirements.

Support manufacturing needs with the ability to operate the complete equipment set, facilitated by advanced MES support.

Implementation of continuous improvement and lean principles to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
-
Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.

Semiconductor and/or cleanroom manufacturing experience is highly desirable.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary organization by communicating effectively with supervisors, engineers, and maintenance personnel to ensure that manufacturing needs are being met.

Ability to work a compressed workweek following a weekly alternating 4x12 and 3x12 work schedule. This is a day shift position from 9am - 9pm.
