Job Duties
Full-Time. 30-39 hours. Start Date: August 2, 2026.
To carry out the responsibilities, bus drivers will have the skills or training in these areas: Traffic and safety laws, First Aid and CPR, daily maintenance checks, record-keeping, understanding child behavior, constructive discipline and defensive driving skills. Ability to submit accurate and timely data. Flexibility. Good oral communication skills, often working with distractions. Medium work, lifting 40-60 pounds, with frequent lifting/carrying up to 40-60 pounds. Mobility in and out of bus. Able to sit to drive the duration of all scheduled bus routes. Able to perform maintenance checks to buses.
Minimum Education Required
-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-Must possess a Class C driver's license with passenger endorsement (CDL/P) and car insurance.
-CPR / First Aid certified or willingness to obtain.
Minimum Experience Required
Prior experience transporting children in a similar setting preferred.
