About this role:

This is predominantly a leadership role within the Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) function. We are looking for a seasoned professional who combines sharp strategic thinking with strong execution capability — someone who can design, drive, and scale impactful learning and organizational development initiatives while also partnering closely with business leaders to build capability and culture.

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Strategic Learning Delivery & Business Impact
  • Lead the design and execution of the Open Enrollment Learning Calendar, Management Development programs, and enterprise L&OD initiatives aligned to business strategy.

  • Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and build targeted learning journeys for emerging and senior leaders.

  • Deliver high-impact facilitation sessions (20–30 hours/month) across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.

  • Apply measurement frameworks such as Kirkpatrick (Levels 1–4) to evaluate effectiveness, impact, and ROI of learning programs. 2. Instruction Design & AI-Enabled Learning

  • Design learner-centric solutions using ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, and adult learning principles.

  • Build structured learning journeys, microlearning, and blended programs incorporating experiential methodologies (case studies, simulations, real-world problem solving).

  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI, Synthesia, Glean, etc.) to design, personalize, and scale learning experiences — AI fluency is a critical requirement for this role.

  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled learning solutions to enhance efficiency, learner engagement, and content effectiveness.

  • Ensure seamless integration of content within LMS platforms. 3. Talent Development & Succession Enablement

  • Partner in talent review cycles to identify high-potential talent and critical skill gaps.

  • Design and implement individualized and cohort-based development plans aligned with succession pipelines and leadership capability building.

  • Aligning learning strategies with career frameworks and long-term organizational capability needs. 4. Strategic Learning Projects

  • Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale training and capability-building initiatives (leadership development, functional academies, enterprise interventions).

  • Define project scope, timelines, success metrics, and governance.

  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high-quality delivery within timelines and budgets.

  • Track risks, monitor outcomes, and present insights to senior leadership. 5. Organizational Development & Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organization effectiveness, capability building, and culture transformation.

  • Diagnose organizational needs and recommend targeted OD interventions including team effectiveness, leadership alignment, and change initiatives. 6. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of L&OD professionals, building strong capability in facilitation, instructional design, and consulting skills.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.

  • Enable team members to effectively leverage digital and AI tools in learning design and delivery. 7. Learning Analytics & Insights

  • Track, analyze, and interpret learning data (participation, engagement, effectiveness, business impact).

  • Build dashboards and executive reports on talent readiness and capability outcomes.

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously refine learning strategies and interventions. Here's What You Need:

  • Education :

  • MBA in HR / Master’s in Organizational Psychology or related field (preferred)

  • Experience :

  • 15+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional L&OD initiatives

  • Deep experience in leadership development and capability building

  • Strong facilitation and executive presence

  • AI & Digital Capability (Critical Requirement) :
