Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Anesthesiology Physician, you will join our collaborative team that works from St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood and St. Anthony Hospital in Gig Harbor. As part of our team, you will be dedicated to improving quality, enhancing patient experience, and advancing clinical standards for those we serve.
Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of our patients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, board-certified, and compassionate Anesthesiologist. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

Able to work a variable schedule covering the OR services at St. Clare Hospital, St. Anthony Hospital, Gig Harbor Day Surgery, and Franciscan Digestive Care Associates - Endoscopy.

Interested in doing cases that will include General Surgery, Orthopedics, Robotic surgery, Podiatry, Urology, Gynecology, Endoscopy, and ENT.

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new patients

Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care

Stay current with research and best practices in Anesthesiology to provide evidence-based care
Job Requirements
Required

Active Washington State Medical License in good standing

Board Certified (ABA)

DEA in good standing

Able to obtain system medical staff privileges or has active privileges in good standing

Pay Range
$479,000 - $529,000 /year
