We are seeking an experienced

CNC Swiss Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team in Hatfield, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and optimizing CNC Swiss lathes to produce high-precision components that meet exact customer specifications. If you have experience with

Star and Tsugami Swiss machines, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in producing quality parts, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes for production runs

  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications

  • Select, install, and adjust tooling, fixtures, and attachments

  • Perform machine offsets and make adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and tight tolerances

  • Monitor production runs to ensure quality, efficiency, and machine performance

  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges

  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues to minimize downtime

  • Work closely with programmers, supervisors, and quality personnel to improve processes

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • Experience setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience with

Star and/or Tsugami Swiss machines preferred

  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills

  • Ability to select tooling and optimize machine setups for efficient production

  • Knowledge of precision measuring equipment and inspection techniques

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-axis Swiss machining experience

  • Experience machining tight-tolerance precision components

  • Understanding of cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining processes

  • Experience with first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks
