Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and business intelligence, with expertise in Python and Power BI within a Microsoft technology ecosystem. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytics-driven improvements, transform complex data into actionable insights, and develop forecasting and predictive models that influence strategic decision-making.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

3-5 years of experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analytics, or Senior Data Analyst role.

Strong experience with Python for data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning.

Experience developing and deploying Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

Experience with predictive analytics, forecasting, and machine learning methodologies.

Strong proficiency with SQL and working with large datasets.

Experience performing exploratory data analysis and translating findings into actionable business recommendations.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to business stakeholders.

Experience working directly with business partners to gather requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
