Full job description

Work in your neighborhood and give back to your community. BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for CNAs and HHA to care for our adult and geriatric clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. Pay: up to $19-$21 per hour depending on experience. 4-12 hour shifts available. Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):

  • Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .

  • Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

Qualifications for HHA – Home Health Aide:

  • Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field)

  • Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more, we can accept out of state license

Job Responsibilities for HHA – Home Health Aides:

  • Activities of daily living

  • Light housekeeping

  • Bathing

  • Grooming

  • Toileting

  • Range of motion / exercises

  • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices

  • Assisting with ambulation

  • Medication reminders
