Logistics Associate/Shipper/Warehouse Technician

Location: Durham, NH

Pay: $19.00/hour

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping, warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, order fulfillment, and inventory control who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Logistics Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, packaged properly, and shipped on time while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and on schedule

  • Verifying product quantities and matching shipments to packing lists and shipping documentation

  • Generating shipping labels and completing required shipping paperwork

  • Staging and organizing outbound shipments for carrier pickup

  • Processing orders using warehouse management systems and shipping software

  • Operating manual and powered material handling equipment safely and efficiently

  • Working with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly shipping goals

  • Maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting discrepancies as needed

  • Performing additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous shipping, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or order fulfillment experience preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, or shipping software is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Pay Details: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
