As a Reliability Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute meaningfully to its success.

  • Develop and implement reliability strategies to enhance equipment performance and lifespan

  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause investigations to identify underlying issues
