Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16.50 - $16.50 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a General Laborer:

• Fill wagons (tanks) with anhydrous ammonia by connecting and disconnecting hoses

• Open and close valves in the correct sequence and operate pumps safely

• Monitor tank gauges to ensure accurate product levels during filling

• Work outdoors throughout the day, handling hoses, pressurized systems, and equipment

• Assist with general facility upkeep, including cleaning the lot, mowing, weed control, and snow removal

• Support basic equipment maintenance and preventative upkeep

• Help stack, wrap, and move products for storage or delivery

• Perform general labor tasks such as painting, sweeping, and trash removal during slower periods

• Communicate daily activities, needs, and updates with management

• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Prior agricultural or outdoor labor experience is a plus

• Basic mechanical skills preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around agricultural chemicals, including anhydrous ammonia

• Comfortable working with hoses, pumps, and pressurized tank systems

• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing

• Background check and drug test required
