Full job description

Overview

This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing technical and non-technical projects, such as business process improvement initiatives and Business Intelligence projects for the Finance and Accounting Team. In this role, you will utilize your versatility skills and ability to adapt to shifting demands and prioritization of key initiatives, along with being results-oriented and teaming up with resources across the business to successfully deliver on projects and communicate project status to stakeholders.

Join our busy collaborative team onsite at our stunning campus in Redlands, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and be a key influencer for resources that are not direct reports; be able to motivate action to complete project tasks on-time
  • Design and develop project work plans, ensure project deliverables, and work efforts remain within scope
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and effectively summarize status to senior management
  • Monitor project health and respond to identified risks
  • Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Apply an enterprise architecture mindset to solutions
  • Communicate both at the tactical day-to-day level and at the strategic planning level with executives, colleagues, and technical teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably supporting Finance and Accounting
  • Experience with leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives
  • High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, and problem solving
  • Ability to develop strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field

  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or related field

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is

$70,304—$114,400 USD
