Reporting to Cienega Plant Manager. The Director of Advanced Engineering will be responsible for defining and executing the engineering strategy required to support plant growth, product transfers, capacity expansion, automation initiatives, and manufacturing excellence. This role serves as the bridge between Product Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and U.S. manufacturing teams to ensure a seamless transfer and sustainable operation of new products and processes.

Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business or Industrial Engineering
  • 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing operations with 5+ in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of lean inventory practices and demand planning
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving and project management skills
