What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely deliver ready mix concrete to customer locations while maintaining on-time performance.

  • Conduct vehicle inspections and complete required safety and operational documentation.

  • Operate ready mix equipment to ensure accurate placement and quality of delivered products.

  • Build positive customer relationships through professional service and communication.

  • Follow all safety standards, transportation regulations, and company procedures.

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with the ability to safely operate commercial vehicles.

  • Commitment to safe work practices, accountability, and dependable performance.

  • Ability to manage multiple delivery priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
