Full job description
CDRPC is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Economic Development Program Manager to help identify, develop, and secure funding for transformative projects across New York's Capital Region. This position leads economic development initiatives funded through the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA), Northern Border Regional Commission (NBRC), and related state and federal programs while supporting administration and growth of Capital Region Foreign-Trade Zone #121. The ideal candidate will have experience in economic development, grant development, project management, partnership building, and public-sector collaboration. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to generate projects, secure funding, build strong partnerships, and advance regional economic development priorities.
