THE WORK

Program Manager of National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC)-Charleston. Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in business or similar

-7+ years of related, proven experience in program management

-Industry project management certification

-7+ years of managing a multi-contractor team

-7+ years in development and implementation of project and risk management plans, Integrated Master Schedules, project budget management, and deliverables

-Experience in managing software development and requirements management

-Experience in cyber testing or training program

Desired Skills:

-Experience in managing programs at customer site

-Technical knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and procedures

-Experience operating in SCIF environment

-Experience in business development

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: TS/SCI

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
