Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire a Construction Project Manager in Selma, TX (San Antonio). This individual will oversee construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. They will manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor relationships while serving as the primary point of contact between the company, owners, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, coordinating materials and resources, tracking project costs and progress, managing billing and invoicing activities, securing permits, supporting utility coordination, conducting jobsite visits, and partnering with field superintendents to resolve project issues and maintain project timelines. This position requires regular travel to project sites for coordination meetings, progress reviews, and project oversight.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of experience in construction project management, construction administration, or a related leadership role

-Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation

-Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications

-Experience coordinating with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle

-Valid Texas driver's license -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

-Experience using HCSS construction management software

-Experience using Foundation ERP software

-Experience with TxDOT projects

-Experience in electrical construction
