Arquitectonica is an award-winning, design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 500+ employees located in 13 offices. Our Los Angeles office is seeking a Junior Architect / Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our team. Our portfolio includes luxury residential, office, hospitality, and mixed-use/retail projects.
What We Are Looking For:
As a Junior Architect / Designer at Arquitectonica, you will contribute to a wide range of projects across the design, documentation, and construction phases. Working as part of a collaborative design team, you will support project delivery from concept through execution while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic, design-driven studio environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the design and documentation of projects through all phases of development
-
Prepare, develop, and coordinate presentation materials and drawing packages
-
Assist with construction documentation and implement drawing revisions accurately and efficiently
-
Collaborate closely with project teams to meet deadlines, milestones, and project objectives
-
Contribute to design studies, concept development, and project coordination
-
Participate actively in team discussions and the ongoing development of design solutions
Minimum Requirements:
-
Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited program
-
3–5 years of continuous professional experience in an architectural practice
-
Strong design skills
-
Proficiency in Revit
-
Proficiency in 3D modeling software
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
-
Experience in construction documentation is preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

Collaborative, professional, and proactive work ethic
