Team Benefits Specialist We are Remodel Health, the health benefits platform that revolutionizes health benefits to resource organizations with missions that matter. Position Summary We are seeking a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Team Benefits team. This role is ideal for someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and technically savvy, with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. The individual in this role will work closely with our Customer Success, Launch, and Account Management teams, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience for our members. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a genuine commitment to serving clients with accuracy, care, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service an assigned book of group benefits business, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other ancillary products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing day-to-day support, issue resolution, and guidance on benefits-related questions.
  • Coordinate new group implementations, renewals, open enrollments, and plan changes, ensuring a smooth and accurate process.
  • Coordinate with the team to administer and manage our in house Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) offering, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
  • Learn, embrace and utilize technology solutions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a harmonious and cooperative spirit within the organization.
  • Perform special projects at management's request.
  • All other duties as assigned. Experience and Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in health insurance, with direct exposure to group medical and ancillary benefits preferred
  • Prior exposure to benefits administration and enrollment software, including Ease and Employee Navigator.
  • Hands-on experience managing or supporting Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA) or other employer-funded benefit accounts Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or combined equivalent of education and experience.
  • Health License preferred Benefits:

This is an in-office position in downtown Indianapolis four days/week, with work from home Fridays.
