Job Summary and Responsibilities

Ensures that the patient is properly introduced to the unit and his/her surroundings within one hour after arrival to unit.

Reflects the physiological condition and psychological needs of the patient.

Uses observational and interviewing skills to perform a priority patient assessment every shift.

Makes rounds and documents patient's status on critical care record at least every two hours.

Identifies abnormal diagnostic data.

Utilizes standards of care to anticipate potential patient care problems.
Job Requirements
Required

Bachelors Of Science Nursing - BSN
-
1-3 years Critical Care experience
-
1 year experience as an Acute Care Nurse

Registered Nurse: Current CA RN license

Basic Life Support - CPR BLS, within 30 Days

Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days

Pay Range
$51.57 - $76.96 /hour
