Job Summary
Under supervision the Tax Officer will prepare tax workpapers for Regulated Investment Companies (“RICs”).
- Prepare income and excise tax provisions and estimates for RICs
- Prepare asset diversification and gross income qualification tests for RICs
- Prepare year end shareholder reporting calculations to provide to transfer agents for production of Form 1099-DIV
- Assist with audits and provide support as necessary
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding of mutual funds and financial markets
- Respond proactively to internal and external client inquiries
- Complete training sessions to increase industry knowledge
- Work on special projects, other regulatory filings and ad hoc requests as assigned
Qualifications
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related area or equivalent work experience
- Advanced experience working with Microsoft Office applications required, especially Excel

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $74,390.00 - $103,810.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
