Job Duties
Weekend shift PM is Sunday, Friday & Saturday from 4pm - 4am.
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line setting.
Duties

Operate and monitor machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC Swiss

Perform setup and adjustments on machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and production requirements.

Conduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.

Assist in the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Minimum Education Required
Experience operating CNC Mills, Lathes and/or CNC Swiss
Minimum Experience Required
-
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with factory experience preferred.

Proficiency in operating various machinery including CNC machines, press brake machines, and hand tools.

Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is advantageous.

Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.

Additional Compensation
This position is scheduled for 36 hours per week but is compensated as a 40-hour-per-week role. Overtime pay applies to any hours worked beyond 36 in a week.
