Job Description:
The Demand Planning Analyst is responsible for receiving customer demand and developing production plans and schedules based on installed equipment capacity to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled on time and in full.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and distribute weekly production plans and master schedules.
-
Monitor daily production plan attainment and provide status reports.

Coordinate production scheduling based on customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
-
Manage WIP inventory visibility and support inventory planning activities.
-
Track customer purchase orders and delivery commitments.
-
Escalate risks that may impact production plan compliance.
-
Support mass production launches and production ramp-ups.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Conversational English.

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS).

Knowledge of production planning and scheduling.

Understanding of WIP inventory management.

Experience following customer purchase orders and delivery requirements.

Experience supporting production launches and mass production environments.
