We have Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) openings available across our nursing programs, with a variety of shifts and schedules to fit your experience and availability:

  • Memory Care – Day Shift:32/40 schedule

  • Memory Care – Day Shift:16/24 schedule

  • Memory Care - Evening Shift:32/40 schedule

  • Skilled Nursing - Day Shift: 24/32 schedule

  • Long-term Care – Day Shift:40/40 schedule

  • Long-term Care – Evening Shift:40/40 schedule

  • Long-term Care – Evening Shift:24/24 schedule

Join Our Care Team

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs are assigned to a specific care area, which may includememory care, long-term care, or skilled nursing, depending on the position.

Position Summary

The CNA is a valued member of the nursing team responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities and providing routine nursing care in accordance with each resident’s individualized care plan. This role supports residents in a designated care setting while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

  • Deliver care in accordance with individualized care plans and established nursing standards

  • Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive condition to the nursing team

  • Support residents’ independence, preferences, and dignity while maintaining safety

  • Assist with positioning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques

  • Communicate effectively with nurses, team members, residents, and families

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

  • Document care provided according to facility policies

  • Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols

Requirements

  • Active and in-good-standing certification on the Maine CNA Registry

  • Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers, residents, families, and supervisors

  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

  • Basic computer skills

Shifts Available:

Full-time or Part-time positions on all shifts available. Most positions require every other weekend.
