Manufacturing Associate (Pharmaceuticals)
Summary
We are hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support pharmaceutical production operations in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operation, cleaning, batch processing, documentation, sanitization, and following GMP/SOP requirements.
Location: Dayton, OH
Schedule: 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up manufacturing equipment
-
Follow SOPs and production procedures
-
Complete GMP documentation accurately

Perform equipment cleaning and area sanitization

Work in a cleanroom environment and maintain aseptic gowning requirements

Support production, validation, and related manufacturing activities
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
1-2 years of manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom experience preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
-
Basic computer and math skills
-
Mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed instructions
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
-
Lift up to 50 lbs. independently

Wear required cleanroom PPE, including gown, gloves, mask, goggles, and boots
