Practice Details

Sanford Health has an opening for a Fellowship trained Colorectal Surgeon Hospitalist to join its Surgery Department in Fargo, North Dakota. Experienced candidates preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply. The additional surgeon is needed due to our continued practice growth both locally and regionally.

• Join a group of 3 colorectal surgeons and 16 other surgeons experienced in breast surgery, bariatric surgery, oncology surgery, general surgery, trauma and acute care surgery

• Full time hospital coverage and urgent/emergent OR cases

• Flexible scheduling, 182 shifts/year.

• DaVinci XI and DV5 robot available

• Level 1 trauma center

• Teaching of surgical residents and medical students through the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences

Compensation Package

Colorectal Surgery - Fargo, ND Competitive compensation package includes:

• Compensation floor of $532,080 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated · potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs.
• In addition, a $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details
