We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet customer and company standards. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, willing to learn, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and communicate process or operational issues to the Production Manager.

  • Learn and operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including:

  • Ultrasonic Cleaning Line

  • Incoming Inspection processes

  • Printing Line

  • Manual and automatic cut-off machines

  • Learn and understand part number conventions and product specifications.

  • Complete required quality records, inspection forms, and production documentation accurately.

  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment through proper housekeeping practices.

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support team and production goals.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; or one to two years of related manufacturing experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, operating procedures, and maintenance documents.

  • Ability to complete in-process inspection documentation accurately.

  • Basic math skills, including the ability to perform calculations using standard formulas with or without a calculator.

  • Ability to understand and follow written, verbal, and visual instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
