About Us

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sr Weighmaster to support outbound shipping operations at our Aggregates Sales Terminal (Rail Yard). This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate weighing, processing, and documentation of outbound shipments while providing excellent customer service and supporting safe, efficient terminal operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately weigh and process outbound truck shipments using computerized scale systems.

  • Generate shipping tickets, bills of lading, and related documentation for customer orders.

  • Verify shipment information and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and inventory records.

  • Provide professional customer service and coordinate with drivers, customers, and terminal personnel.

  • Support safe and efficient terminal operations while maintaining compliance with company procedures.

Work Environment

  • Works primarily at a brand new Aggregates Sales Terminal (Rail Yard) supporting outbound truck shipment activities.

  • Regular interaction with truck drivers, customers, rail personnel, and terminal team members.

  • Frequent use of computerized scale systems, order entry platforms, and shipment documentation tools.

  • Requires sitting, standing, walking, and occasional outdoor work around truck traffic, rail cars, and material handling equipment.

  • Exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, noise, and moving equipment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
