As Product Marketing Manager, Capture Solutions, you will own the positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, and lifecycle management of Kyocera’s capture and document processing solutions. You will drive market adoption and software revenue growth by developing compelling value propositions, executing launch strategies, creating sales enablement programs, and delivering thought leadership that helps customers accelerate digital transformation. Working closely with Product Management, Revenue Marketing, Channel Sales, Direct Sales, Solution Architects, and technology partners, you will translate customer needs and market opportunities into successful growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research, voice-of-customer analysis, dealer/direct sales feedback sessions, and win/loss reviews to identify customer needs, market trends, growth opportunities, and competitive threats.

  • Define product positioning, buyer personas, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and pricing recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight.

  • Create sales enablement guidance that helps channel and direct sales teams clearly communicate capture solution value, differentiation, business outcomes, and competitive advantages.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new software releases, cloud services, AI-enabled capture solutions, partner integrations, promotions, and lifecycle campaigns that support adoption and revenue growth.

  • Create and deliver training, launch kits, solution briefs, presentations, battlecards, demos, webinars, and other enablement tools that improve sales readiness and customer engagement.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, website content, newsletters, case studies, customer success stories, solution briefs, and thought leadership content.

  • Partner with Revenue Marketing to build demand generation campaigns, digital content, email programs, social media campaigns, webinars, and nurture activities that contribute to pipeline growth and software adoption.

  • Work with Product Management, software development, planning teams, Solution Architects, and field teams to communicate roadmap priorities, customer requirements, release updates, and market feedback.

  • Manage professional relationships with third-party software partners, technology alliances, and vendors to support integrated solutions, partner messaging, and co-marketing opportunities.

  • Monitor product marketing programs and launch performance using KPIs such as revenue, pipeline contribution, software attach-rates, adoption, customer engagement, and market penetration.

  • Gather voice-of-the-field feedback and convert insights into action plans, executive updates, and recommendations that improve sales execution, partner engagement, and customer outcomes.

  • Participate in industry meetings, sales conferences, events, etc., to promote the company’s products and services.

  • Infrequent travel may be required

  • Support software revenue growth by influencing pipeline generation, software attach rates, competitive displacement opportunities, and customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • 5+ years of experience with document capture, intelligent document processing (IDP), workflow automation, ECM, content services, or business process automation platforms.

  • Experience marketing and managing SaaS solutions, subscription business models, cloud platforms, and software recurring revenue programs.

  • 5+ years of B2B software product marketing, solution marketing, software sales enablement, or related experience.

  • Proven experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing and implementing strategy

  • Experience working closely with an enterprise sales team

  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple large, complex projects at the same time

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Word

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to large groups of people, both in person and via online meetings, webinars etc.

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI-powered data extraction, machine learning-based data extraction, workflow automation, or document management solutions.

  • Knowledge of integration platforms as a service (iPaaS), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AI, and enterprise workflow ecosystems.

  • Experience supporting dealer channels, direct enterprise sales organizations, and software recurring revenue businesses.

The typical pay range for this role is $83,000 -$122,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.
