Required Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of work experience or

Master's Degree and 2 years of work experience
Preferred Education/Experience

Bachelor's Degree Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines and 3 years utility or other business work experience managing IT projects

Master's Degree Degree in IT, energy, or sustainability disciplines and 2 years utility or other business work experience managing IT projects
Relevant Work Experience
-
Experience managing successful implementation and management of IT projects/tools/technologies/database, required.
-
Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues who have a diverse set of experiences and approaches in order to drive business results, required.

Excellent organizational capabilities and proven successful management of detailed, complex initiatives, required.

Demonstrated agility and flexibility to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, required.

Experience with PowerBI, required.

Experience with regulatory compliance reporting and data consolidation, preferred.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), preferred.

Strong communications, presentation, writing and analytical skills, preferred.

The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
