We are looking for a highly driven, team-oriented self-starter to join our growing Customer Success team! This role requires someone who is extremely organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, and technically savvy. The ideal candidate would enjoy serving others and problem solving on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, monitor, and supervise organizations and their respective employees with execution of healthcare solutions.
  • Assist with annual renewal applications during the open enrollment period.
  • Support annual renewal production goals.
  • Assist and support colleagues with new and existing client needs.
  • Learn, embrace and utilize technology solutions.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contributes to a harmonious and cooperative spirit within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell new/renewal accounts alongside other departments.
  • Perform special projects at management's request.
  • All other duties as assigned. Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience with larger accounts
  • Project management experience
  • Process development Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Health & Life License preferred
