Day-To-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst for one of our largest clients in Woburn, MA. This position will play a critical role in the client’s business transformation journey which involves migration from legacy systems to industry 4.0 and enterprise digital systems like MES, LIMS, MAM, QMS in the Make-to-Order process domain. The Analyst will play a key role in identifying business requirements, analyzing current state business processes and systems, mapping requirements to future state system capabilities, and configuring, training, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions. The role will also be responsible for maintaining/supporting our legacy systems in the interim state and enhancing/maintaining future state systems post project implementation for reliable functional performance, conducting root cause & corrective actions, and working with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive improvements.

Salary: $110k-$120k

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
4+ years of professional business analysis/business systems analyst experience.
Previous experience in the manufacturing industry. (shopfloor, warehouse)
Proven Project Management capabilities (problem solving, solution oriented, able to communicate with various team members)
End to end delivery capabilities
Technical aptitude/ coding exposure (engineering, IT, software) Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications including CSPO, CSM, CBAP, or PMP.
SAP experience (client will be undergoing an SAP transformation in the coming years).
Hands on experience with relational database management systems, preferably SQL.
