What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently and safely. Your day-to-day will include:

Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
-
Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production standards
-
Monitoring product quality and removing defective items
-
Rotating across multiple production lines and tasks
-
Safely operating a forklift to move materials and finished goods
-
Supporting shipping and receiving (loading/unloading, inventory checks)
-
Performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance on equipment
-
Maintaining accurate production and performance records
-
Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe
What Makes You a Good Fit
We’re looking for team players who are dependable and adaptable:

1+ year of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

Forklift certification or willingness to get certified
-
Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Word/Excel basics)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Willingness to learn new skills and take on different tasks

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Work Environment & Expectations

Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed

Willingness to rotate shifts or departments to support team needs and skill development

Must follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Must have reliable transportation and be reachable when scheduled

Additional Responsibilities
