Cennox is seeking a dependable and detail-orientedBank Equipment Technicianto support financial institutions throughout an assigned territory. In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance, equipment cleanings, signage updates, inspections, and minor refurbishments on ATMs, kiosks, and other banking equipment.

What You'll Do

As a Bank Equipment Technician, you will:

  • Clean, inspect, and maintain ATMs, kiosks, and other banking equipment

  • Replace and update signage, decals, and lighting components as needed

  • Perform minor refurbishments and preventative maintenance activities

  • Clean stainless-steel surfaces and equipment located within bank vaults

  • Service money counting equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks

  • Complete site surveys, inspections, software updates, and special project work

  • Conduct alarm surveys, ADA compliance inspections, lighting measurements, and related assessments

  • Document findings and report equipment deficiencies or discrepancies

  • Manage inventory, materials, and required paperwork

  • Capture accurate photographs for project documentation and reporting

  • Complete all assignments accurately, safely, and on schedule

  • Deliver professional customer service at every location

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical, technical, or electrical aptitude

  • Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and technology in the field

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Experience using navigation and routing applications such as Google Maps

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures

  • Ability to learn through remote and telephone-based training

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

  • Reliable vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous field service experience

  • Technical, mechanical, maintenance, or repair experience

  • Experience working in customer-facing environments

  • ATM, banking equipment, or facilities maintenance experience is a plus

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Field service experience preferred

  • Previous technical or mechanical experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more

  • Ability to stand and work for extended periods

  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including in varying weather conditions

  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory

  • Ability to climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed

  • Vision correctable to 20/20
