Program Manager Triple P

Location:Fairlawn & Hybrid

Schedule FT40:Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Salary:$60,000

Job Summary:

Oversees and provided supervision to staff in order to ensure seamless operation of the Triple P Program. Provides direct support to Practitioners through reviewing family referrals with Care Managers and assisting with assessment of family's needs. Provides coverage to Practitioners and Care Managers when needed. Ensures that staff and program maintain fidelity to the Triple P Model through their supervisory practices as well as the collection and reporting of outcomes data. Assures departmental goals and/or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame by performing the job responsibilities personally or through subordinate staff.

What You Will Do:

  • Support recruitment, hiring, and training of Practitioners and Care Manager and facilitate supervision, coaching and support to staff.

  • Offer mentorship, support, and foster collaborative team, enhance engagement and retention, and conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Review initial referrals to understand family background, needs and specific reasons for referral. Taking in consideration assigning Practitioners based family's needs.

  • In collaboration with the Practitioner and Care Manager, conduct intake assessment to determine family needs and goals which informs the development of individualized service plans in collaboration with families.

  • Deliver Triple P services to families when providing coverage for Practitioners and Care Managers, in either the Standard (in-home/community) or Group format.

  • Facilitate linkages to resources, referral recommendations, service planning, and maintaining community relationships with DCP&P and other referral partners.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, Early Childhood, or equivalent from an accredited college or university or related experience in the field of Early Childhood

  • Minimum of three (3) years of case management, home vising experience, mental health experience or work with at-risk families

  • Must possess organizational skills

  • Ability to manage supervision of numerous staff
