Eataly North America is hiring a Restaurant Server- Eataly King Of Prussia. A Server coordinates the entire service station and communicates with front of the house and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. This role reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Key focus areas include Greet guests and present them with the menu, Inform guests of specials, menu changes, and answer questions regarding food, beverages and allergies, and Receive food and beverage orders from guests and relay to kitchen staff and bartender using a POS system.

Successful candidates bring Flexible Schedule Availability, Ability To Lift 50 Pounds, and Ability To Exert Mobility 8 Hours. Preferred (not required): POS System, Sequence Of Service, Dining Room Procedures, and Communication Skills.

Full job description

A Server coordinates the entire service station and communicates with front of the house and back of the house personnel to provide a dining experience that exceeds guest expectations. Reports to the Restaurant Manager.

  • Greets guests and presents them with the menu

  • Informs guests of specials, menu changes, answers questions regarding food, beverages and allergies

  • Receives food and beverage orders from guests and relays to kitchen staff and bartender using a POS system

  • Communicates with the hosts, table support team, kitchen staff and bartenders to coordinate stations

  • Presents, opens and pours wine and beer when serving guests

  • Assists table support team with stocking work stations, removing and resetting used dishes/silverware

  • Assists with cash register at counter-service restaurants

  • Performs other duties as required or assigned Hourly Rate: $15.00 Plus Tips

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Knowledge of the sequence of service and dining room procedures

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Basic math skills Job Requirements

  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
