As an Operations Clerk at the Gate Station, you will be responsible for controlling, inspecting, and tracking inbound and outbound customer and vendor truck traffic along with coordinating the timely flow of trailers and paperwork needed in the process of receiving, storing, and shipping product.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Inspect & record inbound vehicle data

  • Assist with custom haul load and paperwork tracking

  • Tracks and verifies paperwork and product on trailers

  • Investigates shortages of product in the picking process

  • Compares accuracy of supplier bills

  • Chooses and stages loads to be received

  • Prints, distributes, and finalizes shipping and receiving paperwork as needed

  • Inspect & record inbound vehicle data

  • Verifying correct load & temperature settings

  • Use of Yard Management systems.

  • Process Company Driver check-in paperwork

  • Implement cross-training across gate and warehouse through scheduled rotations to build versatile teams and reduce bottlenecks, streamline inter-shift handoffs for continuous, efficient workflow

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma, General Equivalency Degree, or relevant work experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Experience with warehouse computer systems

  • Ability to accept changing work demands

  • Schedule flexibility

ROLE SPECIFICS

  • Full Time: Sunday-Tuesday 6:00am-6:00pm and every other Wednesday 6:00am-6:00pm

  • Starting pay: $20.50

  • Team-based environment

  • Indoor /outdoor work in all weather conditions
