BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.
Position Details:

Location: Bartow Regional Medical Center

Status: Part Time (24 hours weekly)

Shift: 8am-4pm (Occasional evenings)

Weekend Work: Occasional

Responsibilities:
Faith Community Nurse Coordinator will support the initiatives of the Faith Community Nurse (FCN) department in identifying and recruiting faith communities in which to establish FCN ministries. Will arrange and present informational seminars to nurses and clergy. Foster and maintain networking and supportive relationships with partnered FCN's. Assist in scheduling locations and coordinating the staffing to offer wellness screenings and/or health education in the community. Participate in the orientation process of new FCN's. Assist in planning and facilitating continuing education events. Participate in grant tracking and the reporting process. Assist with maintaining electronic databases for FCN statistics and compliance. Serve as a liaison to Health Ministry partnerships providing FCN support.

Education

Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing

Experience

5 years Healthcare Or 2 years Registered Nurse
