Your tasks
The Project Manager Imanages the entire installation process of single-box SteelcoBelimed products and sterile workflow products. The Project Manager also manages customer relations, and provides senior Project Managers with assistance in the planning, execution, and management of equipment delivery and installation.

Assumes responsibility for equipment installation rollout on small projects, including site preparations and workflow management for labor resources

Develops and manages small project schedules and timelines

Identifies risks that can cause delays in the project schedule and assists in developing mitigation strategies

Collaborates with Sales, P&D, ASC, Field Service, and Production to ensure proper resource allocation and utilization of personnel and materials

Ensures accurate and timely hand-off from Planning & Design to Sales and Service departments

Provides on-site customer service and acts as liaison between SteelcoBelimed and external customers

Manages and coordinates the day-to-day development and tasking of each small project; participates as required

Attends construction meetings to ensure clear understanding of SteelcoBelimed install requirements

Assists in monitoring project budgets and accurately forecasts revenue

Learn and understand the standard practices required to successfully manage large, complex installation projects.
Your profile

Associate’s degree in a technical discipline
-
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the construction or healthcare industry.

Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction documents (drawings, details, and technical specifications)

Familiarity in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and SAP
-
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Comfortable with change and capable of adapting quickly

Ability to work well in a team environment and foster positive working relationships with colleagues

Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills

Ability to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner

Strong desire and ability to learn

Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%, primarily in the continental US
