Looking for a rewarding school-based BCBA opportunity in the heart of Silicon Valley? We're seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support elementary students in San Jose, CA .

Position Highlights

• $85+/hour local pay

• Travel package available up to $3,088/week

• 40 hours per week

• 36-week school year assignment

• Elementary school setting

• No client interview required

• Supportive educational environment

What You'll Do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Provide consultation and training to school staff

• Support students with academic and behavioral needs

• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Supervise and support behavior service delivery within the school setting

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• School-based experience preferred

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Minimum Requirements:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field

• Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools

• One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
