We have an IMMEDIATE HIRING NEED for the following position: Home Health Occupational Therapist PRN-Part time
Job Description: As a home health Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will be to assess the patient's condition and initiate start of care face-to-face visits, perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and mobility/function review, evaluate strength while setting goals to improve these areas, report patient progress to patient/caregivers/physician/agency office as needed, and provide supervision and competency checks for COTAs as appropriate.
Job Requirements:

Must have successfully completed at least a FL-approved master’s OTR degree program from an industry-accredited institution.

Must have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.

Must successfully complete a Level II background check prior to offer and initiation of training. https://info.flclearinghouse.com

Must complete a competency check and all orientation prior to initiating patient care.
Current FL State OTR license is required.
