Bioprocess Data Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bioprocess Data Specialist to support the digitization and organization of historical laboratory and manufacturing data. This role will focus on reviewing legacy records, extracting key information, and transferring data into a structured Excel-based database utilizing AI-assisted tools. This is an onsite position in King of Prussia, PA.

Key Responsibilities

Review historical laboratory, manufacturing, and bioprocess documentation.

Extract, validate, and organize critical data points from legacy records.

Utilize AI-enabled tools to support data capture and database population.

Enter and maintain accurate data within Excel and other structured databases.

Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies throughout the migration process.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure data consistency and completeness.

Follow established documentation and data governance procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline preferred.

Experience in bioprocessing, biomanufacturing, laboratory operations, or scientific data management strongly preferred.

Experience with laboratory documentation, data entry, sample logging, or records management.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience working with electronic data systems or AI-assisted data tools is preferred.
