Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for a high volume, professionally managed spa. This role is ideal for therapists who want consistent bookings, strong earning potential, and a structured environment where your time and skills are respected. We offer weekday, evening and weekend shifts for therapists seeking full time or part time schedules with a minimum commitment.

Compensation

  • $950 to $1,950+ per week based on service hours, tips, and enhancements

  • Typical therapists work 21 to 30 hands on hours per week

  • Top pay tier from day one

  • Commission on enhancements and add ons

  • Daily cash and credit card tips

  • These are realistic earnings from a busy, established spa. Sign On Bonus

  • $2,000 sign on bonus for full time massage therapists

  • $950 sign on bonus for part time massage therapists

Requirements

  • Active Florida Massage Therapy License

  • Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue

  • Sports, Stretching, or Prenatal experience a plus
