  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Netherlands and the United States on architecture and implementation

  • Contribute to improving and extending the functionality of existing systems

  • Test and validate your software directly on machines in a hands-on environment

What we offer

At QED Technologies Europe, you’ll work in an international high-tech environment with short communication lines, a collaborative culture, and plenty of room for personal and professional growth.

Your benefits include:

  • Salary between €4,000 – €4,700 gross per month (based on experience)

  • Annual bonus of 5% (based on company performance)

  • 40 days off: 32 vacation days + 8 ADV (full-time)

  • Pension scheme according to the Metalektro CAO

  • Hybrid working (1–2 days from home)

  • Flexible working hours (start between 07:00–09:30)

  • Personal development budget tailored to your ambitions

  • 1-year contract with the intention of permanent employment

What you bring

You are a pragmatic and structured Software Engineer who enjoys working in a multidisciplinary, hands-on environment. You communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and like to see your work come to life in real machines.

Your profile includes:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related engineering field

  • 3–5 years of experience in software development

  • Strong experience with C# (preferred) or Java

  • Experience with MVVM frameworks (e.g., WPF)

  • Willingness to work with (and maintain) WinForms

  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
