The position leads tool development and automation—primarily through advanced Excel solutions, templates, calculators, and macros—to streamline processing and reduce manual effort. It also owns the creation of SOPs and training materials that translate complex payroll concepts into clear, actionable guidance for staff. A core responsibility is delivering training to ensure teams understand new processes, adopt tools effectively, and maintain consistency across campuses or business units.
