Full job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support FSQ technicians in daily food safety and quality tasks

  • Monitor production for compliance with HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and food safety programs

  • Conduct and oversee audits including label verification, weight control, housekeeping, and GMPs

  • Review FSQ documentation and follow up on corrective actions

  • Assist with investigations, audits, and regulatory inspections

  • Train and coach team members on food safety and quality requirements

  • Provide FSQ coverage across shifts as needed

  • Promote a strong food safety culture

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year experience in FSQ/QA or food manufacturing leadership or comparable education

  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food safety systems

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Flexibility to work multiple shifts, overtime, and weekends

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay Ranges: $21.00-$29.25 per hour, plus .50¢/hour shift differential for all hours worked on 2nd shift
