What You'll Do
As a Material Handler, you'll help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped safely by:

Operating saws and other equipment to cut, process, package, and prepare material for shipment

Safely operating forklifts, Raymond side loaders, and overhead cranes to move steel throughout the warehouse

Loading and unloading trucks using material handling equipment

Pulling, staging, and assembling customer orders

Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials
-
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Working closely with your team to meet daily production and shipping goals
What We're Looking For
We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Manufacturing, warehouse, or fabrication experience
-
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
-
Experience using tape measures, calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools
-
Experience operating forklifts, overhead cranes, side loaders, saws, or packaging equipment (preferred but not required—we'll train the right candidate)
-
Basic math and computer skills
-
Ability to read blueprints or shop drawings is a plus
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
-
Ability to regularly lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds

Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and steel products
