Position Summary
Operates data entry tools to accurately record, validate, and maintain standard and complex coded/uncoded laboratory, business, and statistical data in designated systems. Supports data quality and timely reporting for a hybrid quality testing data team.
Key Responsibilities

Enter, verify, and update data from multiple source documents into defined computer systems in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Retrieve data and generate new reports as needed; format and upload outputs into different systems.

Perform routine data checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency; escalate discrepancies for resolution.

Maintain data integrity and support a quality mindset by following documentation and change-control expectations.

Collaborate effectively with a hybrid team and communicate status, questions, and issues in a timely manner.

Skills and Requirements
Required Qualifications

Familiarity with standard data concepts and practices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive and high-volume tasks.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated quality mindset and ability to follow defined processes. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with at least two of the following:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., filters, pivot tables, formulas, data validation).

Experience using SAP.
Experience using a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), such as LabVantage.
